How we approach this
Most nonprofit teams are running four or five tools that do not speak to each other: a spreadsheet for participants, a form service, a donation page, and a bookkeeping app nobody wants to touch. Every handoff between them is a chance for the record to go wrong.
We build the opposite: one record per person, one ledger, one place where documentation lives. Then we price it as one thing, because splitting it into modules would just rebuild the problem with an invoice attached.
We do not invent your program structure. During onboarding we configure the system around the programs, forms and reports you already have to produce.
