Privacy Policy

Who this covers
This policy covers nonprofit.breatheasy.net, the marketing site for BreathEasy Non-Profit. It does not describe the software itself, which is governed by the agreement and data processing terms signed with each customer organization.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, organization, email address, phone number and message you enter, along with the page you submitted from and the date and time. We use it only to answer you and to send pricing. It is stored in our own database and emailed to our sales address.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission. Any marketing email we do send includes an unsubscribe link and our identity as the sender.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts and no cross-site profiling, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Anonymous visit measurement
We count page views so we know which pages are useful. For each view we record the page path, the date and time, the referring website's domain, a coarse device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and an anonymous visitor hash.
The visitor hash is derived from general request information combined with a secret value that changes every calendar day. It lets us estimate how many distinct people visited on a given day, and it cannot be reversed, linked to you, or matched to a different day. We do not store IP addresses, we do not fingerprint your browser for identification, and we do not build a profile of you.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept while we have a business reason to keep them, such as an active inquiry or an ongoing customer relationship. Anonymous visit records are kept in aggregate for trend reporting.
Your requests
You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@breatheasy.net and we will respond. Because the analytics data is anonymous, we cannot identify your records within it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described on this page.
