Every organization runs differently. During onboarding we evaluate your workflows, your sites and program locations, and your reporting requirements, then configure the platform around them. Once your build is deployed and your rate is established, your monthly cost is locked.

How your rate is set
Setup is scoped to what your organization actually runs, and the monthly rate follows that operational scope. Both are confirmed in writing before anything is deployed, and the monthly figure does not drift after that point.
