These terms apply to your use of nonprofit.breatheasy.net. Use of the BreathEasy Non-Profit software itself is governed by a separate written agreement between BreathEasy and the customer organization. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorized to reach, scrape it at volumes that degrade service, or submit false information or unlawful content through the contact form.
Content and quotes
Feature descriptions on this site describe the platform generally and may change as the software evolves. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty of a specific capability, or a binding price. Pricing is provided in a written quote after we understand your organization's size and scope, and only a signed agreement is binding.
Intellectual property
The BreathEasy name, marks, text, images and layout of this site belong to BreathEasy. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; you may not republish it as your own or use our marks to imply endorsement.

This site links to other BreathEasy products and, occasionally, to outside resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
